North West Bucks Agricutural Association Hedgelaying Competition, Middle Claydon

This was the first time I entered the North West Bucks Agricultural Association hedgelaying competition. To my surprise and everyone else's I not only won the Intermediate Class but also won best in competition, which given there was a Championship Class above the Intermediate Class was rather a turnup for the books.
It took me until 2019 to win the Intermediate Class a second time - see here.
