Buckland, 51 metres hawthorn garden boundary hedge with adjacent chain lin fence. Having laid the side hedge in February 2020, it was now the turn of the back hedge to be laid. Most of the hedge was laid into the adjacent wire fence apart from a sparser section laid South of England
 

Chain link fences and hedges are uncomfortable bedfellows and create a headache for the hedgelayer. Here you see the outside of the hedge cut off where it has grown through the mesh
